La próxima Semana es San Valentín, para muchos “cursi”, para otros un día meramente comercial…….Comercial o no a todos nos gusta tener un detalle con nuestra pareja y recibir algo que demuestre lo mucho que nos quieren…… o ¿¿¿ no???

Olfato: Ramón, nuestro Jefe de Bares, nos recomienda preparar el coctel “Margarita Pasión con Pasión” una bebida aromática que despierta el sentido del olfato con un toque de maracuyá.
La receta es muy fácil:
8 cl. de zumo de frutas de la pasión, 6 cl. de tequila, 1 cl. de cointreau, 8 cl. de agua, 45 g. de azúcar y sal del Himalaya, mezclarlo todo y congelar.
Smell:Ramón our Bar Manager recommends to prepare the cocktail "Margarita Passion with Passion" an aromatic beverage that awakens the sense of smell with a touch of maracuyá, the passion fruit.
A very easy recipe : 8 cl. juice passion fruit, 6 cl. Tequila, 1 cl. cointreau, 8 cl. water, 45 g. sugar and salt from the Himalaya, mix it all and freeze it.
Gusto: ¿Por qué no preparar una cena especial? Me llamo Victoria (Community Manager) y les propongo un primer plato muy original: Sopa de melón.
Se corta el melón en dos partes iguales, a éstas se les corta un poco la punta para que puedan ser utilizadas de recipiente, se vacían y congelan. Con la fruta se hace la sopa: se bate junto con una cucharada de miel y una cucharada de brandy, se cuela y se deja enfriar para servirlo al final en el melón congelado.
