Son el motor del Resort y día tras día se encargan de resolver las incidencias que afectan a nuestras instalaciones, además de cuidar los espacios donde trabajamos el resto de equipos. ¿Y cómo lo hacen? Pues a través de las diferentes áreas que lo constituyen: Producción, encargada de la energía del complejo; Oficina técnica, responsable de coordinar materiales; Servicio técnico, reparando espacios y Audiovisuales, los más artísticos del equipo.
They are like the "engine" of the Resort and day by day They solve incidents which affect our facilities as well as care for the spaces where the other teams of the Resort work. And how? Through the different areas that this department has: Production, responsible for energy of the complex; Technical office, responsible for coordinating materials and the Technical service, repairing spaces and the Audiovisual department, the most artistic of the team.
Todos ellos, durante el pasado mes de mayo y junio, han participado activamente en jornadas de formación dedicadas a su equipo, aprovechando este espacio para reflexionar, proponer y realzar su visibilidad en la relación con el huéspedes, y es que ellos, siempre están entre bambalinas.
All of them, during the last months of may and june, have been actively involved in training days dedicated to their team, using this space to reflect, propose and enhance their visibility in the relationship with the guests, because they are always in the backstage.
En ellas, nos han contado como, a lo largo de este año, han asumido nuevos retos: el montaje de la escenografía de Alma, el nuevo show de Carmen Mota en la Pirámide de Arona; La preparación de las instalaciones para el estreno del univerno MNR y el apoyo vital necesario semanalmente en el Summer Night Festival, sin dejar a un lado el día a día del departamento.
They have told us how, throughout this year they have taken some new challenges: the assembly of the set of Alma, the new show of Carmen Mota at Piramide de Arona; The preparation of facilities for the premiere of the MNR Universe and the vital support necessary week by week in the Summer Night Festival, leaving aside their department's daily.
Además, algunos de ellos, colaboran periódicamente durante nuestras actuaciones de empleados: Rock History y Grease, como es el caso de Antonio y Elga, los protagonistas de Grease.
In addition, some of them, collaborate periodically during our employees shows: Rock History and Grease like Antonio and Elga, the main actors of Grease.
