How to have a radiant glance?

Mare Nostrum SPA now has a new beauty tip for you. This week is our colleague Elena Sabajanes which tells you how to have a radiant glance. 

Tiredness, lack of sleep or, sometimes, genetics, makes appearing on your our face unsightly dark circles, unflattering purple spots. So, besides trying to hide under makeup Elena offers you some tips to do at home.

Almond oil: You can buy it at the pharmacy. Put it inside the fridge to keep it cold. If you suffer from dark rings around the eyes, apply it every night before bed time, you'll see how it will improve afer a few days thanks to the action of vitamin A.

Lemon: It is as effective as dangerous if you do not applied it with extreme care to keep the liquid from entering into the eyes. So, spread it with cotton around the area before going to bed. 

Cucumber: And it is far from being an urban legend, trust us cucumber contains a significant amount of vitamin E which is beneficial. Put a couple of slices over the eyes for about 15 minutes.

Green tea or chamomile: Put the bag in hot water as if you were preparing an infusion, and then, being  careful if can be hot. Use them on your eyes for about 15 minutes.

Remember that dark rings are greatly improved if we make healthy practices. So, avoid alcohol and caffeine and try to sleep at least eight hours at night.  Also put cold water bags on your eyes every day.
