Following one of the main objectives of  Expo Hotels & Resorts to increase significantly the policies related to social and environmental responsibility, we are happy to present you another action that the company and Mare Nostrum Resort Tenerife is undertaking.

Collecting bottle caps to help sick children to improve their quality of life.

By the time we have collaborated with the following campaigns:

Barcelona (Princesa Sofía/ Torre Catalunya/ Expo Hotel Barcelona) 
Valencia (Expo Hotel Valencia)
Has collected 81.20 kg To work with Adrian

Marbella (Don Carlos)
Has collected 9.60 kg To collaborate with Jorge

Tenerife (Mare Nostrum Resort)
In the first campaign to collect caps we achieved 11.66 kg And in the second campaign 64.71 kg were collected to collaborate with Aitana and Guillermo

 

 

We will continue collecting bottle caps to collaborate with more campaigns.
We welcome all your proposals that we would incorporate to our Corporate Social Responsibility Decalogue and in which we would love to participate and contribute.

Siguiendo uno de los principales objetivos que se ha impuesto Expo Hoteles & Resorts de aumentar de forma significativa las políticas relacionadas con la responsabilidad social y medioambiental, estamos felices de presentaros otra acción más que está llevando acabo la compañía y también Mare Nostrum Resort en Tenerife:

Recogida de tapones con el fin ayudar a los niños enfermos a mejorar su calidad de vida. 

En esta ocasión hemos colaborado con las siguientes campañas:

Barcelona (Princesa Sofía/ Torre Catalunya/ Expo Hotel Barcelona)
Valencia (Expo Hotel Valencia) 

Han recopilado 81,20 kg Para colaborar con Adrián

Tenerife (Mare Nostrum Resort)

En la primera campaña de recogida de tapones recopilamos 11,66 kg Y en la segunda campaña recogimos 64,71 kg Para colaborar con Aitana y Guillermo.

Seguiremos con la recogida de tapones para poder colaborar con más campañas.

 

 

Estamos abiertos a que nos envíen propuestas de campañas que incorporaríamos a nuestro Decálogo de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y en las que nos encantaría poder participar y aportar nuestro granito de arena.

Now is the day of publishing that we opened the vegetable garden of Club Mare Kids at Mare Nostrum Resort.

This new activity is added to the "tight" agenda our little guests have when they arrive at this family hotel in Tenerife ... For example crazy experiments in the lab, crafts, climbing, music workshop, driving lessons, outdoor painting .... All this and more awaits your child in their family holidays in Tenerife.

The Mediterranean Palace Hotel in Mare Nostrum Resort is designed for our youngest guests, they will enjoy their  holidays with activities adapted to their ages even at in this vegetable garden, as they relate to learning, care and maintenance of the plants and nature.

¡Hay novedades en el Club Mare Kids de Mare Nostrum Resort Tenerife!

Ha llegado el día de publicar que hemos inaugurado el HUERTO del Club Mare Kids en Mare Nostrum Resort.

Esta nueva actividad se suma a la “apretada” agenda que tienen los pequeños cuando llegan al hotel familiar en Tenerife… Por ejemplo experimentos locos en el laboratorio, manualidades, escalada, taller de música, educación vial, pintura al aire libre…. Todo esto y mucho más le espera a tu hijo en unas vacaciones inolvidables en familia en Tenerife.

El Hotel Mediterranean Palace en Mare Nostrum Resort está ideado para que nuestros huéspedes más jóvenes puedan disfrutar de unas vacaciones a su medida y en este huerto no es menos, los pequeños huéspedes realizarán actividades adaptadas a su edad, que tengan relación con el aprendizaje, cuidado y mantenimiento de las plantas y naturaleza.

The Website of Mare Nostrum Resort brings you nearer to Playa de las Americas in Tenerife South from the sofa of your house.

You only need to connect to the Webcam of the Hotel and you can check the weather in the south of Tenerife and follow the activity that takes place in the pool of the Mediterranean Palace Hotel.

At 12:00 there is usually aqua gym!

The pool at the Hotel Mediterranean Palace, is the largest in the Resort, this is a spectacular pool of approximately 1000m2, and you will also get an idea of what the view from a standard room with pool view or suite with pool view.

And start dreaming before arriving to your holidays in Tenerife !

Bye Bye Summer, a unique event in Tenerife

The 8th of September something great is awaiting you at Mare Nostrum Resort. We are already preparing the big farewell party Bye Bye Summer in Las Americas, Tenerife.

A Party that starts at 7:00 pm in Pirámide de Arona with the employees musical Time of Your Life.

To get ready for the remainder of the night we offer you a superb buffet with food for all tastes and nationalities.

In the Bye Bye Summer Celebration the famous canarian music band Los Salvapantallas will perform for all you. 

Fireworks will follow to the music and to close the night the outdoor disco by our DJ!

Only requirement to come dressed in white.

Bye Bye Summer, una fiesta única en Tenerife

El 8 de Septiembre algo grande te espera en Mare Nostrum Resort. Ya estamos preparando la gran Fiesta de despedida del Verano Bye Bye Summer en Las Américas, Tenerife Sur.

Una Fiesta que arranca a las 19:00h en Pirámide de Arona con el musical de empleados Time of Your Life.

Para coger energías para lo que resta de noche te ofrecemos un magnífico buffet con comida para todos los gustos y nacionalidades.

En la Fiesta fin de verano Bye Bye Sumer actuará el famoso grupo canario Los Salvapantallas.

Le seguirán fuegos artificiales y para cerrar la noche discoteca al aire Libre a cargo de nuestro DJ!

Único requisito venir vestido de blanco.

El 15 de agosto de 2012 celebramos el día de La Virgen de Candelaria.
On August 15th 2012 we celebrate the day of “La Virgen de Candelaria”

Esta popular imagen es también conocida como La Morenita y es venerada en el Archipiélago Canario ya que es su patrona.
“La Virgen de Candelaria” is also known as La Morenita and is venerated in the Canary Islands as it is their patroness.

Esta imagen se encuentra en La Basílica y Real Santuario Mariano de Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria, un municipio canario perteneciente a la provincia de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
It situated in the Basilica of Candelaria, a Canarian municipality belonging to the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

La Basílica ha sido declarada Bien de Interés Cultural y recibe aproximadamente dos millones de visitantes anuales.
The Basilica receives approximately two million visitors annually.

El municipio de Candelaria tiene además de una gran importancia religiosa, relevancia histórica, pues en él se unieron las culturas guanche y castellana.
The municipality of Candelaria has aside from a great religious significance, historical significance, since it joined the Guanche and Spanish cultures here.

En torno a esta fecha se realizan numerosos actos religiosos y festivos. Entre los que cabe destacar la representación de la aparición de la Virgen de Candelaria a los guanches, aborígenes que habitaban las islas canarias.
