No es nueva noticia decirte que nos gusta inovar! Ahora tenemos un E-guest en nuestro hotel. Es decir, una anfitriona para los huéspedes adscritos al programa de fidelización de nuestro hotel (y que reservan directamente con nosotros). Se llama Vanessa, los últimos 3 años era Guest Relations en nuestro hotel, y ahora es nuestra E-guest! Antes de tu llegada quiere conocer tu motivo de viaje para ofrecerte una estancia a medida, a tu llegada está ahí para recibirte y luego, durante tu estancia es tu persona de contacto. Y si no la hubieras visto todavía, la puedes conocer durante la cena de gala (donde luce en el vestido azul!). Estoy segura que vas a escuchar más de ella!It's no news telling you that we like to innovate! Now we have an E-guest in our hotel. That means, a hostess for the guests who form part of our fidelity program (and who make the booking directly with us). Her name is Vanessa, the last 3 years she was working as a Guest Relations in our hotel, and now she's our E-guest! Before your arrival she wants to know the reason for your trip, to be able to offer you tailor made holidays, at your arrival she's there to meet you and during your stay she's your contact person. If you wouldn't have seen her yet, you can meet her during the gala dinner (where she looks very nice in her blue dress!). I'm sure you will hear a lot more about her in the future!
