Complete the list of “Things to do” in Mare Nostrum Resort and put it in the box placed at Thinking of You store before the 2nd January 2013 and you will compete for Free Nights in reservations for 2013. 

Besides, those guests who settle their next booking (direct with us) during their stay and before the 5h January to celebrate our 25th anniversary with us, will benefit from an additional 15% discount.

1.Object of the competition and procedure for awarding the prize: The participants of this contest must be guests of the hotel who have completed all the list of Things to Do in Mare Nostrum Resort of the game and all the contact information requested and delivered in the corresponding dates and place. 

To enjoy the prize of 15 % of discount the reservation must be realized during the saty at the Hotel and until the 5th January and it will be applied only to one reservation done by this person in the year 2013.

2.Participants: The competition is open to all physical persons of legal age that are guests during the competition period at Mare Nostrum Resort. The competition is not open to employees or managers of the organizing company. In order to be eligible for the prize, participants must upload the photos requested on the Facebook of Mare Nostrum Resort Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mare.nostrum.resort) during the established period.

All participants of this promotion freely transfer to Expo Hoteles & Resorts and to the companies it represents their image and intellectual property rights regarding the photographs, texts and videos sent, for an unlimited period, without any kind of consideration by Expo Hoteles & Resorts. Any participants who send their photographs or videos hereby declare to have obtained consent to transfer all image and intellectual property rights of everyone who appears in the content sent, and transfer said rights to Expo Hoteles & Resorts according to the above-stipulated conditions. The organization of the competition understands that the participant holds all rights over the video presented, and therefore it does not assume any liability derived in this regard.

3.Participation period: From December 22nd, 2012 from 08:00am until January 2nd, 2013 at 08:00pm for winning free nights. 
To enjoy 15 additional discounts from December 22nd to at 08:00am until January 5th, 2013 at 08:00pm.

4.Prize: The participants will enter the drawing of a single prize consisting of a 2 free room nights for reservations for 201. 

Besides, those guests staying at the Hotel and who settle next booking (direct with us) during their stay and before the 5th January to celebrate our 25th anniversary on March 14th, 2013 with us, will benefit.  

The prize is named, personal and non-transferable, its beneficiary being the person who has been tagged in the photograph, and it is not transferable to any other person, nor may it be declared void or exchanged for its cash value. The prize does not include travel expenses. Conditions regarding children accompanying adults as well as costs of any additional services (transfer, half-board, etc.) will be those established and published by Expo Hoteles & Resorts on their website each year.

The prize must be expressly accepted in writing by the winner, as established in these terms and conditions, within a term of one month, Expo Hoteles & Resorts issuing a certificate awarding the prize in accordance with the conditions established herein.

5.Booking deadline: The winner may not book on special dates such as Christmas, Easter, bank holiday weekends, etc. Should the booking be made on said special dates. 

6.Place and term for presentation of photographs: The box established for this at the shop Thinking Of You from December 22nd, 2012 from 08:00am until January 2nd, 2013 at 08:00pm for winning free nights.

7.Data protection: The personal details collected from the participants will be treated with maximum confidentiality in accordance with applicable legislation regarding data protection. The data supplied will form part of the "Commercial Management and Marketing" file owned by Expo Hoteles & Resorts, S.L., duly registered with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, with the aim of managing the competition, complying with the treatment specified in these terms and conditions and sending you information regarding commercial activities of Expo Hoteles & Resorts.

By entering the competition, participants consent to the treatment and communication of data between companies linked to Expo Hoteles & Resorts.

Participants may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or objection in writing to Expo Hoteles & Resort, S.L., Avda. De Roma 2-4 08014, Barcelona.

8.Acceptance of terms and conditions: Entering the competition implies that participants accept these terms and conditions and renounce to the right to file any claim or legal action against Expo Hoteles & Resorts. Expo Hoteles & Resorts reserves the right to disqualify any participants who send offensive, lewd, racist or illegal content.

9.Conflict resolution: Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Should there be any queries, claims or discrepancies arising directly or indirectly from the execution of these terms and conditions, the parties are obliged to resolve them on a friendly basis, and only if dialogue does not prosper, shall they submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
