El Gofio es uno de los principales elementos en la gastronomía canaria, consiste en harina obtenida de la cebada tostada, se puede elaborar a partir de distintos tipos de granos como el trigo o el millo (maíz). Nuestros cocineros elaboraron unas “tortitas de Gofio con miel y almendras”, deliciosas. Una pequeña porción para que puedan familiarizarse con este sabor tan especial. Gofio is one of the main ingredients in the Canarian cuisine, made with flour obtained from the roasted barley, it can be developed from different types of grains such as wheat or maize. “Sushi Gomero”, otro plato que fusiona tradición con innovación.
