El primer domingo de Mayo se celebra el Día de la Madre, un día muy señalado en España, porque ¡Madre sólo hay una! Como cita el dicho popular.
In Spain the first Sunday of May is celebrated the Mother's Day, a very important day because…There is only one mother! As quoted by the popular saying.

En el transcurso del día la madre es la reina de los hogares españoles y aquí en Mare Nostrum Resort también queremos que se sientan como auténticas reinas, de manera que a sus familiars me dirijo…Tomen nota de algunos consejos……
During this day the mother is the queen of the Spanish homes and here at Mare Nostrum Resort we also want them to feel like queens, so now to their familiars .... Take note of some tips ... ....

1.Sorprenderla con un desayuno en la habitación……

2.Decorar la habitación con un gran ramo de flores autóctonas de la isla como por ejemplo Esterlicias…

3.Un día de acceso a la zona de agua del Mare Nostrum SPA (piscina de agua de mar a 32 grados, jacuzzi, baño de vapor y mucho descanso en la terraza)

4.Aún más relajante el masaje “Viaje hindú a la feminidad” (50 minutos de masaje holístico realizado con pindas de arroz aromatizadas con esencia de petit-grain, incienso y mirra que realza la feminidad.
Even more relaxing, a massage: "Indian Journey to femminity”.It consistes on 50 minutes holistic massage with rice poultices scented with petit-grain, incense and myhrr, to enhance the femminity.

Ya han arrancado oficialmente las vacaciones de Semana Santa en Tenerife y esto es lo que tenemos planeado para ti:
Officially the Ester holidays in Tenerife have started and this is what we have planned for you:

Jueves 21 de Abril, Thursday April 21Para los más pequeños el Club Mare Kids que cuenta con una ciudad de 800m2 de diversión indoor exclusivamente diseñada para ellos, donde no cabe el aburrimient. Como novedad un circuito vial donde van a poderse sacar incluso “el carnet de conducir de Mare Nostrum Resort” y para cerrar la noche una minidisco.
Club Mare Kids offers the children their own childlike city for fun; 800m2 for indoor enjoyment exclusively designed for them, where there is no room for bore. New for them a road circuit where they will be able to get even the "children’s driver's license of Mare Nostrum Resort" and close the night at the minidisco.

Por la noche para recobrar energías habrá un Cocktail de Bienvenida en la Piscina del Hotel Cleopatra y una espectacular cena de Gala y a dormir que el viernes será un día muy completo.
At night to regain strength there will be a Welcome Cocktail at the Hotel Cleopatras swimming pool and a spectacular Gala dinner and go sleeping that on Friday you will have a very full day.

Por los niños no hay que preocuparse, el Club Mare Kids ha diseñado un programa de actividades adaptado a todas las edades con actividades diferentes con las que los niños aprenderán jugando como por ejemplo talleres de conducción vial o talleres de reciclaje.
You don’t have to care about the children, Club Mare Kids has designed an activity program adapted to every age, with different activities with which the kids will learn while playing, for instance with recycling or road safety education workshops.

Para los mayores el Water Sport Day…… ¡te vas a sorprender! y una Barbacoa familiar en el Bar Vitaminas, un día completo de diversión.For the older ¿are you prepared for the Water Sport Day? ... ... you'll be surprised! and a family barbecue, a full day of fun.

Sábado 23 Abril, Saturday April 23Lo mejor estaba por llegar, Summer Night Festival……sólo puedo adelantaros alguna fotografía para no desvelar demasiado…..siempre nos alegra ver las caras de sorpresa de nuestros huéspedes al ver la piscina del Cleopatra “totalmente transformada” , sólo les adelanto que podrán disfrutar del show de empleados Rock History.
The best was coming and finally the Summer Night Festival is here ... ... I can reveal only some pictures you have to experience by your own... .. we are always happy to see the surprised faces of our guests when they see the pool of the Cleopatra "totally transformed" the only thing I can advance is the employees show Rock History. Domingo 24 Abril, Sunday 24 April¿todavía tienes energía?..... Do you still have energy?.....

Ayer tuvo lugar en el Mare Nostrum Resort el primer partido de Directivos vs Huéspedes de la temporada. Yesterday we had at the Mare Nostrum Resort the first soccer game of the season Staff against Guest.
Ambos equipos saltaron al campo con ganas pero como ya hemos adelantado en el titular un equipo jugó mucho mejor que el otro, aunque los perdedores aleguen que “tuvieron más suerte”. Both teams took the field to win but as we advance in the headline a team played much better than the other!, but the losers claimed that "they were lucky”.

Una historia que nos llena de orgullo, A story that makes us proud

Os presento a los Señores Arnau Casademont. Conchi y Francisco, nos han visitado en numerosas ocasiones y ¡Ya son parte de la familia! En ésta última visita nos han sorprendido con un “Álbum de fotos digital” confeccionado íntegramente con fotos tomadas por ellos mismos de su estancia en Tenerife, recuerdos, experiencias, excursiones y paseos... ¡El resultado parece profesional! No se pierdan el detalle de la foto, una vista nocturna del Mediterranean Palace iluminado… y en la siguiente el espectáculo de empleados Grease…… lo han recopilado todo en este Álbum…I present you the Mr and Miss Arnau Casademont. Conchi and Francisco, they have visited us on numerous occasions and they are already part of the family! On this last visit we were surprised with a "digital photo album" made entirely of photos taken by them of their stay in Tenerife, memories, experiences, tours and walks ... The result looks professional! Do not miss the detail of the photo, a night view of the Mediterranean Palace .. and the following photo of the employee show Grease ... ... They have collected everything on this album ...

Conchi nos cuenta que la idea surgió porque “a mi marido le encanta la fotografía y el Palace” y por qué no adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías y hacer un álbum personalizado y único. Conchi told us that the idea came because "my husband loves photography and the Palace" and why not adapt to the new technologies and make a personalized and unique vacation album.

Conversando un poco con Francisco nos confiesa “Mi pasión son mis nietos y el Palace”. Talking a bit with Francisco he confesses "My passions are my grandchildren and the Palace".

Queríamos compartir esta anécdota con todos ustedes, ya que declaraciones como éstas nos emocionan y llenan de energía. Seguiremos trabajando con ilusión para cumplir los sueños de nuestros huéspedes y ya casi miembros de nuestra familia Mare Nostrum Resort.
